====== Mitsumi/Newtronics D509V ======
The D509V is a 5.25" double sided high density floppy drive made by Mitsumi and Newtronics.
It uses a leadscrew to facilitate head movement and locks the disk with a lever. Head loading is done with via mechanical linkage.

It uses the [[#tsd_2_v-0|TSD 2 V-0]] control board and the Mitsumi M90BCL-3 or the Kumagaya 771N1 motor board.
